This is the third apartment here at Axis that I have lived in. I upgraded from a 1 BR to a 2 BR, then to the newly renovated ... units. Hands down, the sales staff and maintenance are excellent. The new units are a step up from the previous units, with new fixtures and appliances and improved floors. Any concerns are taken seriously and handled both efficiently and professionally. The park across the street is great for walking your dog and enjoying the sunsets. Under the new management, the pool and clubhouse is accessible, clean, and well maintained. Overall positive experience so far. Apartment was clean and updated when we moved in. The pool and fitness center are nice ... and well taken care of. Parking lot configurations could be better but I haven't had trouble finding a spot near our building. Hi, I wanted to share my feedback on completed maintenance requests today i.e. 18th April 2019 at Building 7 Apt 106. ... I must say that the maintenance staff was exceptional at his work. He knows what he is doing and also the quality was simple impeccable. Let me put it this way. I have stayed in other apartment complexes before in the state of Virgina but the Maintenance staff specifically who came in today was the best of all and in fact the best. Its really great to see the new Management at Axis is doing an excellent job in moving things forward. I generally do not write reviews on any platform but after the seeing the work of the Management staff I thought he definitely deserves a absolute thorough feedback.
