Moving apartment in Axis has been very smooth. I have been renting apartment here since almost 3 years now. The coordinator Tonya, has been of great help too. Would totally recommend

Tonya is very friendly and prompt with the way she treats residents. She has gone above and beyond to help me get a lease in only my name and help me with renters ins., etc. It is always a pleasure to see her Also there was a woman who does the accounting (she has dark hair and blue eyes) that was not very helpful to me one day and very rude to Tonya right in front of me which I thought was very unprofessional

I am very happy with the new management. Tonya and Gina have been great. They respond to email's promptly and always solve the issue. Maintenance has been great as well. They come out right away to fix any issue. I am looking forward to seeing the renovations and changes they will establish to make our complex better. Thanks for all you do, especially Tonya and Gina!

This is the third apartment here at Axis that I have lived in. I upgraded from a 1 BR to a 2 BR, then to the newly renovated units. Hands down, the sales staff and maintenance are excellent. The new units are a step up from the previous units, with new fixtures and appliances and improved floors. Any concerns are taken seriously and handled both efficiently and professionally. The park across the street is great for walking your dog and enjoying the sunsets. Under the new management, the pool and clubhouse is accessible, clean, and well maintained. The grandkids love the playground and the dog loves the grounds.

It is nice to live here because of well organized management service. Tonya Rhoden is exceptionally attentive. She always caringly takes solves the issue. We recommend Axis for those searching great living conditions and service

Overall positive experience so far. Apartment was clean and updated when we moved in. The pool and fitness center are nice and well taken care of. Parking lot configurations could be better but I haven't had trouble finding a spot near our building. Staff has been good about answering questions and maintenance was friendly and answered our service request in a timely manner.

Hi, I wanted to share my feedback on completed maintenance requests today i.e. 18th April 2019 at Building 7 Apt 106. I must say that the maintenance staff was exceptional at his work. He knows what he is doing and also the quality was simple impeccable. Let me put it this way. I have stayed in other apartment complexes before in the state of Virgina but the Maintenance staff specifically who came in today was the best of all and in fact the best. Its really great to see the new Management at Axis is doing an excellent job in moving things forward. I generally do not write reviews on any platform but after the seeing the work of the Management staff I thought he definitely deserves a absolute thorough feedback. On any scale and by any standards the gentleman was simply exceptional at his work. I would rate him 100% on any scale. Thank you.

My family and me was supposed to move into the apartment on a scheduled day but our apartment had to cleaned very well before we move in. Our apartment is best cleaned, new carpet installed, everything looks so clean. The maintenance people took extra working hours to meet the expextations. I want to thank all the maintenance people and staff working extra hard to meet our expectation to live clean and worry free. Thank you so much. I love the apartment very much.

The staff at Axis is wonderful n very helpful. When I had my apartment tour what the apartment looked like and the beautiful difference at move in was amazing. We are very satisfied and enjoy living at Axis at Westmont. I would highly recommend future renters to check Axis at Westmont out. You will not be disappointed. They are helpful and the apartments are gorgeous with perks of a children park,club house, work out room, pool and 24 hour maintenance. It's affordable too which is a major plus.

Tonya is exceptional. She helped me with the user account setup issue that was crippling my access/payment using the portal. the website had a technical issue that was preventing me from logging into and it was quite frustrating that even after spending few hours and 3 different email IDs, it did not let me log in. Tonya helped in the resolution with her prompt responsiveness and working diligently till the issue was resolved Once again, Thank you regards

I am new to the Axis apartments! It’s a good place to live and safely! I got some new decent apartment with the help of Tanya! When I come, she was helping me to find a good apartment, until I was happy with what I chose, he is very polite, she has a lot of patience! Tanya it’s the best!!! The management is good and helpful and they are really attentive to detail and quick to resolve any kind of issue. The apartment it’s nice and spacious, in unit laundry is very convenient. Amenities good, pool and fitness center is nice and a lot of parking for your car in the front of the building! Nice area and buildings! :)
